Since 1996 I've been artistic director of Transactors Improv. I teach acting and improv (including in the University of North Carolina's MFA acting program) and present Applied Improvisation programs across the country and in Canada and Sweden. I've been an award-winning communications faculty member at UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School since 2000 and joined Duke University's drama department faculty in 2008.
